When we began our search for a home in Cincinnati, we knew we needed a realtor who would be tech savvy, kind, and able to really connect with us from afar to find a home where we can put roots down. We were living in northern MI doing most of our house hunt via zoom. Jenny was excellent at articulating and giving us an in-depth view of each house. Each time we were able to come to Cincinnati to look at listings in person we witnessed heartfelt curated recommendations and were provided with insights and feedback at each property. Jenny listened to our feedback and adapted our search to find the one. She also had the task of balancing our families wants and needs and helped us navigate the challenges that come with many different opinions from family. At the height of the housing market, we decided to start looking for our home. Jenny had been suggested to us by a friend because Jenny only works with buyers. We are so glad we were introduced to her! As many know, the housing market was wild during the height of the pandemic...and to be honest, we weren't the easiest couple to work with. My spouse wanted us to take a pause from the hunt, while I wanted to push through and continue our search. Despite this, Jenny was patient with us and did not push us into any decision. Instead, she listened to both of our wants and found us several listings that fit our needs. It was clear to us that she was working for our benefit. Eventually, we found The One. Jenny helped us develop a very doable strategy, and in the wild market, where houses were being sold within 12 hours of being listed, we negotiated and got The One UNDER asking price! This only happened because Jenny was continually working for us.
Since purchasing our home, we have often reached out to Jenny with many home-related questions, and she responds ASAP, just like when we were looking to buy a home.

Jenny was incredible. We moved from out of town and didn't know the city at all. She took her time showing us around, introducing us to parts of the city she though we would enjoy, and really helped us navigate purchasing a home while living in a different state.
She handled everything. We trusted her so much, we literally bought a home we couldn't physically walk though when we visited. Jenny has a vast network of connections and really knows the city.
